How to be healthy

How to be healthy:

  1. find healthy food choices
  2. don’t eat junk food
  3. eat lots of fruits & vegetables
  4. eat at the right times ( breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner)
  5. sleep well
  6. be active
  7. exercise
  8. eat the right portions
  9. brush your teeth
  10. go to bed at the right time
